Privacy and Return Policy

At Revived Beauty LLC and Her Power Rx Health Solutions, your privacy is our top priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information, which will never be sold or shared. All data is managed using HIPAA-compliant services to ensure the highest level of security.

Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy

Our prescription wigs are custom- fit to individual head sizes, providing a tailored solution that addresses each client's unique needs—unlike generic, off-the-shelf wigs. However, please note that a custom fit does not guarantee a perfect fit.

Custom Orders and Prescription Items

All custom-sized and prescription orders are final and non-returnable. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Return Policy for Non-Custom Items

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for eligible items within three (3) days of receipt. For example, if you receive your item on a Friday, you must initiate the return and provide tracking information by Monday. A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, undamaged, odor-free, unbrushed, uncombed, and uncut.

  • Packaging: Tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.

Note: Items not meeting these conditions will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Due to hygiene and sanitary concerns, our return/exchange policy is strictly enforced. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a $150 shipping and restocking fee. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at info@revivedbeautyprescriptionwigs.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within one (1) business day. Product review requests submitted beyond two (2) business days will not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Custom Wigs: Including custom-colored, custom-cut, or custom-sized wigs.

  2. Final Sale Items: Clearance items, final sale items, and gift cards.

  3. Prescriptions: As these are custom medical equipment orders.

Note: Custom-colored wigs cannot be returned for color preference, and wigs cut to specific lengths cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible purchases, excluding custom orders, clearance, and final sale items. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within three (3) days of receiving your item.

  2. Ensure your return is postmarked within the same timeframe.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Please include "Credit" in the subject line when requesting an exchange.
